Qualification, Quantification and Orchestration

I have been searching for the main key points of what makes a business run well.

Here are the main things that I came across: 

The business need to be independent of me. It has to work like a franchise.

Innovation – What are my initial messages within the business to managers and employees and what are my external messages to customers? [Greetings, follow ups, tag lines, bonuses, guarantees, deals, dress code etc…]

Qualification – Track responses from innovation and everywhere else to see what works better. 

  • How many customers do you see in person each day?
  • How many in the morning?
  • In the afternoon?
  • How many people call your business each day?
  • How many call to ask for a price?
  • How many want to purchase something?
  • How many of product X are sold each day?
  • At what time of the day are they sold?
  • How many are sold each week?
  • Which days are busiest? How busy?

Orchestration – Once we see something performing well… Act upon it and turn it into innovation for the whole team to adapt. Rinse and repeat process.
