But sometimes you need to sit back and reflect on the questions that REALLY MATTER.

These are questions I gleaned from him and have learned so much over the last 6 months.

There were 2 pieces of advice that stuck with me most and that my content was revolved around:

a) read the book e-myth
b) THINGS TAKE TIME. He has been doing this for 30 years.

How will my business change customers’ lives for the better?
How is your business most profitable?
What is the biggest opportunity?
Who is your ideal customer?
What problems do they have that your product or service can solve?
If your brand was able to solve this problem for them – how would that make your customer feel?
Who are you competing against?
What do they look like and sound like? (Professional, cheap, exciting, etc.) How do your competitors solve the consumer’s problem?
What problem do you solve for your consumers?
How do you solve this problem uniquely from your competition?
How do you or will you look and sound different from your competitors?
